Ruggedman emerges PMAN media chairman, releases statement

Rapper Ruggedman has emerged media chairman for the Pretty Okafor led faction of PMAN . He took to Instagram to make the announcement while calling on all record labels to register their acts with the organization. His statement reads: “I am the chairman media for the new PMAN under President Pretty Okafor and I am talking to Record Labels, artists and artist managers to register their acts. @Prettyokafor is taking it to a whole different level.
He is actually getting ready to make it possible for us to barcode our albums and encode our songs. So that way you can monitor and track sales and downloads.
