Law to restrict foreigners from getting jobs in fields where a Nigerian is qualified scales second reading

The majority leader of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila is proposing a law that will restrict foreigners from securing employment in fields where a Nigerian is qualified. The proposed law scaled second reading today.
