Granted bail! Femi Fani-Kayode & his wife, Precious at the Ikoyi Federal High court today

Justice Muslim Hassam of the Federal High Court in Lagos today granted bail in the sum of N250m to Femi Fani-Kayode. Part of the bail conditions requires him to provide two sureties in like sum that must be land property owners and to also deposit his passport in the custody of the court pending the outcome of the case.
